About us
Early in 2020 I decided to make my first snuffle mat to keep my active dog busy & occupied. Passionate about the environment, I decided to create the mat by up-cycling clothing & materials I had to hand. It seemed fitting to create an activity toy that encourages natural behaviour from resources already available. I discovered that combining different textures & colours actually creates better enrichment too.
It was important that my dog could use the mat both inside & outside, on tiled & carpeted flooring. EcoSnuffle Mat are therefore made using high quality, durable & natural rubber mats, which grip to all surfaces.
450+ pets across the UK & Ireland, now successfully use an EcoSnuffle Mat. This includes working dogs as well as dog trainers. Each mat is handmade, taking many hours to create. They can be customised to suit your colour preferences (EcoSnuffle Mat BESPOKE) and are fully sustainable as you can RENEW them too (EcoSnuffle Mat RENEW), designed to last!
I'm thrilled that 178+ kg of materials have now been repurposed, up-cycled and saved from landfill by creating an enriching activity for all pets. Thank YOU for supporting my small business. Mary
